Groningen

Hi there,,
Yesterday I've been the whole day to Groningen.
It was two hours traveling to there -sigh- but, Its a really nice city.
My father was born in Groningen and has been living there till he turned 20.
So today he showed me a few things of the city.
His old school, the church, the famous Martini Toren, the Big Marketplace..
Its a beautiful city with alot of old, fantastic buildings.
Then we were going to the shopping streets -aa- hehe :D
I bought only two things, from the H&M. [the H&M in Groningen is much bigger than the one in Amsterdam o.O]

After shopping we got to the museum, to look at beautiful paintings of J.W. Waterhouse.
[I was thinking, okay, VERY BORING, but when we were there it wasn't boring at all :D]
He can paint so very good. He always paints girls from myth's and legends, like Circe from Orpheus, Waternimph's, Mermaids... and everythings is great. http://www.johnwilliamwaterhouse.com/pictures/ is his site, take a look at it, it's worth your time.
and Then we were going to my aunt who lives in Groningen. we ate pizza there and we left at 10 PM.
half past twelve AM we arrived home and SOOO TIRED. hehe ^^'
but it was really nice in Groningen hehe :D
